Cookie Policy

Last updated 8 October 2026 · Version 1.0

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies - pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits - do a similar job. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".
Cookies let a website remember things about you: that you are logged in, what you put in a basket, whether you have already dismissed a banner. They can also be used to measure how a site is used and to show you adverts.

2. The four kinds we use
a. Strictly necessary cookies - no consent needed
These make the website work. Without them you could not log in, stay logged in, or complete a purchase securely. They also remember your cookie choices. We cannot turn these off and you cannot opt out of them while using the site.
• Session and authentication cookies on the course platform
• Checkout and payment security cookies
• Load balancing and security cookies
• A cookie recording your cookie preferences

b. Website appearance and function cookies - no consent needed, but you can opt out
These remember choices you have made so the site behaves the way you left it - things like a dismissed notice or a display preference. We tell you about them here, and you can turn them off through our cookie settings or your browser.

c. Analytics cookies - how we measure the site
We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. Because this involves sharing data with Google for its own purposes, we only set these cookies if you agree through our cookie banner. You can withdraw your agreement at any time through our cookie settings.

d. Advertising and tracking cookies - we only set these if you agree
We advertise on social media. To measure whether those adverts work, and to avoid showing the same advert to someone who has already bought, we use tracking pixels provided by advertising platforms. These build a picture of your activity across websites.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) - measures advert performance and builds audiences.
• TikTok Pixel - measures advert performance and builds audiences.
[ADD OR REMOVE PLATFORMS AS THEY GO LIVE - GOOGLE ADS, PINTEREST, LINKEDIN]
We do not set any of these until you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you click "Reject", they are not set at all. You can change your mind at any time through our cookie settings, and rejecting them will not affect your access to the site or the Course.

3. How to control cookies
• Our cookie banner - appears the first time you visit. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy: there is a "Reject all" button next to "Accept all" on the first screen, and you do not have to open a settings menu to say no.
• Our cookie settings - available at any time from [LINK IN SITE FOOTER]. Use this to change what you agreed to.
• Your browser - every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. If you block all cookies, parts of the site including login and checkout will stop working.
• The platforms themselves - Meta and TikTok each have their own ad preference settings in your account on those platforms.

4. Cookies set by others
Some cookies on our site are set by the companies whose tools we use, not by us. They are responsible for those cookies and for their own privacy policies. The main ones are our course and email platform, our payment providers, and the advertising platforms named above. Links to their policies are in our Privacy Policy.

5. Cookie table
[COOKIE TABLE - generated by the cookie banner tool once it is installed. Do not publish a made-up table.]

6. Changes
We will update this policy when we add or remove tools. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
